He was predeceased by : his brother Donald Haberthier (Ann). He is survived by : his spouse Claire Haberthier (Nee Frank); and his children, Dennis (Teri), Dan (Mindy), Steve Brodbeck (Karla), Terri Rabanus (Terry), Mary Jo Suer (Dan), Connie Lindemann (Ray) and Julie Haberthier. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
