He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Boltenhouse and Leona Boltenhouse (Tomlinson); his wife Alice Boltenhouse (Hickey); and his brothers, Lawrence, John and Jimmy Boltenhouse.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Puckett, Beverly Fausnaugh (Russell), Brenda Davis (Steve) and Chuck Boltenhouse (Diane); and his close friends, Lee and Dolly Butterbaugh. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (17554 Little Walnut Rd, Circleville, OH 43113).
