He is survived by: his wife Candy Boltenhouse (Fausnaugh); his children, Cortney, Ricky Jr., Paige, Jalynn and Halie; his mother Terry Osborn; his siblings, Mike (Heidi Spears), Sam "Hobo" (Sheena Spears), Scott (Crystal Spears), Brandon (Danielle Spears), Dusty (Ginger Spears), Shane (Barb Spears), Justin (Kelly Nichols), George (Carla Colburn), William Boltenhouse, Betty Jo (Bob Mahoney) and Ashley Bailes; and his uncle Tommy Fausnaugh (Nikki).
