She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Haskins and Phylis Moody Haskins; her son Creighton Haskins; and her cousin Patrick Frey. She is survived by : her sons, Charles Haskins of Greenfield, Carson Haskins of Chillicothe and Leevi S. Haskins of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Macie Haskins and Clayton Pauley; her siblings, Cheryle Skaggs of Greenup, KY and Leroy Haskins, Jr. of Chillicothe; and her cousin Michael Frey of Columbus.
