It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Racheal Denise Moore (Clarksville, Ohio), who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Mountjoy and Delorise Mountjoy; and her sister Kathy Moore. She is survived by : her children, David Moore (Mary Jordan), Ashley Baker (Farril) and Christina Moore (John Nichols); her grandchildren, Aybrie, Shaley, Maya, Kaysen and Jayce; and her siblings, Missy Furguson and Bobby Mountjoy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 23rd 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Community Church (5704 Edwardsville Rd, Clarksville, OH 45113).
