She is survived by: her mother Zula Fornshell Fairchild of Sabina, Ohio; her son Wayne Osborn of Wilmington, Ohio; her siblings, Bill Fairchild Jr., Debbie Bruning (Jim), Beverly Rasnic (Craig), Carol Garcia (Michael), Jennifer Patterson (Jeff), Ruth Rhonemus (Dave) and Joyce Skeens; and her grandchildren, Wayden Osborn and Kenzi Osborn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
