She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fields and Lutishie Fields (Henry); her siblings, Jereme, Sandra and Michael; and her son Maurice.
She is survived by: her siblings, Evelyn, Paralee, Diane, Roy, Jerome, Vernell, Darrell and Ronnell; her husband Henry Lewis; her children, Marcia, Marnitta (Juan, Sr.), Marquilla and Adrian (Tiffany); her godchildren, Lavell, Nelly, Marvin and Kenyetta; and her grandchildren, Marcus, Brian, Latisha, Larry, Dominique, Diamond, Aaron, Allen, Adrian, Ajene, Juan, Gabrielle and Cameron.
