He is survived by: his children, Miriam "Mimi" Karon, Jeffrey Friedman and David Friedman; his children-in-law, Melinda Friedman, Joelle Prochera and Daniel Karon; and his grandchildren, Aaron Friedman, Dr. Elizabeth Scheinthal (Eitan), Giliann Karon and Morgan Karon.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mayfield Cemetery (2749 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44106). A shiva will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
