We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2025, at the age of 91, Sheldon Kaffen (Cleveland Heights, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Tepper and Irvin Kaffen; and his parents, Irving Kaffen and Anna Kaffen. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Amy Kaffen, Elise Cretcher (David), Cindy Kaffen and Jonathan Kaffen (Jennie); his grandchildren, Dr. Max Cretcher (Taylor), Ben Cretcher, Gabe Cretcher, Anna Fredrick, Livia Fredrick, Alicia Kaffen and Joe Kaffen; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Mila and Owen.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin=bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A reception will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 21549 Shelburne Rd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122.
