With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred S. Blazek Sr. (Cleveland, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Blazek and Mary Blazek (Semancik); his children, Dr. Mark (Rebecca), Dr. Matthew (Jeanne), Luke (Patricia), John (Mary Louise), Damian (Karen), Rita Stephens (David), Jerome (late Debbie), Monica Johanni (Paul) and Alfred Jr. (Susan); and his wife Rita of Peter's Catholic Church. He was also cherished by 39 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren and countless friends & extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mel's Church.
