She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Skaggs and Nola Skaggs (Clark); her husband Billy Joe Tackett; her son Danny Joe Tackett; and her siblings, Diane Green and Larry Skaggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Joe Tackett, Jr (Kim), Kingsville, Bobby Joe Tackett of Ashtabula and Ricky Joe Tackett (Kandi) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Bobby Jr., Michael, Anna, Brittini, Lindsay and Jacob; and her siblings, Buddy Skaggs of Ashtabula, Gary Skaggs of Ashtabula, Sandra Newsome of Albion, Judy Green of Georgia, Martha of Ashtabula, Sharon Skaggs of Ashtabula and Linda Hamilton of Ashtabula.
