With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela Marie (Hoying) Schlegel of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Anthony Hoying and Catherine Hoying (Driscoll); her husband Louis Schlegel; her brother James Hoying; and her grandson Cooper Jones.

She is survived by : her children, Christine Robinson (Bret), Martha Jones (David), Kurt Schlegel, Paul Schlegel (Marsha), Gerard Schlegel (Eileen), Peter Schlegel (Theresa), Mary Bastable (Mark) and Heidi Traylor; and her sister Mary Gunderman.

The family requests that donations be made in Angie's honor to St. Roch Catholic Church or St. Vincent de Paul.
