He is survived by: his wife Rubye; his daughters, Tina Byers (Kelvin) and Kim Jennings (Brent); his stepsons, Geoffrey Davis (Mari) and Chris Davis (GiGi); his great grandchildren, Guy and Genesis Turner; and his brothers, Jimmie Neely (Jennie) of Rock Island, Marvin Neely (Louise) of Rock Island and Ed Neely of Rock Island.
