We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2019, at the age of 80, Deacon Frank Lewis Rowser (Cleveland, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Rowser and Hortensia Davis; and his children, Frank Rowser Jr. and Gregory Rowser. He is survived by: his siblings, Dessie Vowlers and Harry Rowser; his wife Mary Williams-Rowser; his children, James, Dominique, Andre, Keisha and Keiana; and his siblings, Burton Rowser (Marlene), Miriam Gage (Bertram), Virginia Rowser, Thedford Rowser and Gloria Mims. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other caring relatives and friends.
