He is survived by : his son Earl Edward Chapple; his brother James Earl Chapple; and his children, Betty Jo, Mary Lenora Chapple, Shirley A. Simmons (Alford) of Montgomery, Alabama, Reginald E. Chapple (Pamela) of Cleveland, Ohio, Ronald E. Chapple (Cynthia) of Rochester, NY, Ramona Chapple of Cleveland, Ohio and Bernard Chapple (Kaye) of Cleveland, Ohio.. He is also survived by relatives and lifelong friends.
