It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelynn Ann Defauw (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Keller and Jan Keller of Cleveland, OH.; her son Jason DeFauw; her brother Robert Keller (Karen); and her brother-in-law Gene DeFauw.
She is survived by: her son David Ellis DeFauw (Meagan); her granddaughters, Ella Breeland-DeFauw, Olivia Roberson and Hollis DeFauw; her brothers, James Keller (Judy), Richard Keller (Tammi), Michael Keller (Wynne Weingarden) and Kevin Keller (Ellen); and her sisters-in-law, Lora Rozzi (Bill) and Denise Mroczek (John). She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
