He is survived by : his wife Mattie Alesia Jones Leverett; his children, John (Tremaine), Kiara, Hazel, Jaleisa and Jameika; his grandchildren, Monecia, Jada, Marquise, Trayvion, Kyia, Amaree, Deontae (Tae-Tae), Jay, Diante (Baby Tae), Jaylondyn (Piglet), Savannah, Journee and Jayonn; his siblings, Calvesta Harris (Michael), Lana Pollard (Darrell), Janice Mike (William) and Doris Leverett; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Jones (David) and Linda Jones (Derrick); his aunts, Lula M. Hooks of Fresno, Gracie Robinson (Earl) of Chicago, Rosa Moxley of Dayton, Juanita Roper of Las Vegas, Floretta James (Steve) of Bowling Green and Vonceil Robinson of Birmingham, Alabama.; his friends, Michael Richerson (Sandra), Calvert Thomas (Ann), Darnell Redd Leroy Decembly (Helen) and Rodney Crawford; and also, Cooper, Bethany Christian Church (Disciples), Pastor and Robin Hedgeman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
