She is survived by: her husband John Merrick; her children, Dave Merrick (Brittany) and Angula Smith (Craig); her granddaughter Marissa Smith; her mother Pauline Barta; and her siblings, William Adkins (Robin), Shelvia Lucas (Mike), Allie Butcher (Ronnie) and Fred Turley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
