Hayes of Cleveland, Ohio, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Hayes and Etta R. Hayes. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Joann Shubert (David); his siblings, Patricia "Patsy" Ann Crouch and James Harold Hayes (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Renee Cruz (Fred), Jamie Hayes, Jeff Hayes, Natalie Cruz (Martin) and Freddie Cruz (Cecelia "Sissy" Colella); and his pet Roxy.

The family requests that all in attendance wear a mask.
