He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Mildred Duncan; and his brother Michael Wayne Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Mark, Chris Roope and Kelly "Duncan" Grissom; his grandchildren, Janie, Ashley, Tyler, Dale Ray Roope, Alexis Martin, Hailey Sheppard and Noah Grissom; and his siblings, Barbara Sullivan and Larry Sullivan.
