She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Durka. She is survived by: her father Edwin Durka (Nancy); her husband Derek Forney; her children, Lucas, Madeline and Benjamin Forney; her sisters, Renee Ovitt (Tom) and Janice Durka; her father-in-law Frank Forney (Sharon); her brother-in-law Sean Forney (Ann); her siblings' children, Brianna Ovitt, Matthew, Daniel Forney, Matt, Kacie and Brooklyn Latona; and her pet Ella. She is also survived by numerous close friends, aunts, uncles, cousins.
