He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Beverly; and his sibling Robin Steindler. He is survived by: his wife Karyn "Kate"; his children, Brian (Yumi) and Debbie Greenberg (Brian); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathan, Keigo and Kenji; his siblings, Hope Engel-Gorecki (Russel Bzoza), Gary (Marilyn) and Marc Steindler (Gail); and his siblings-in-law, Chriss, Ted Esborn, Susan and John Schirra.
