He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph James Belmont and Constance Elaine Pozniak Brooks; his children, Joseph Pozniak and Warren Pozniak; his stepdaughter Amber Louden; and his siblings, April Pozniak-Beall (James), Michael James Pozniak, Matthew James Pozniak, Celeste Brooks (Jeffrey Eubanks), Hugh "Doccy" Brooks and Eric Hoffman (Gabriella Roldan).
