It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Josephine Fortuna of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Fortuna; her granddaughter Lori Ann Trzaska; her parents, John Cvet and Anna; and her sister Anne Marie Zak (Anton).
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Joseph Fortuna, Mary Ann Trzaska (James), John Fortuna (Roberta) and Jane DeMattia (Phil); her grandchildren, Sheryl Wootton (Matthew), Anthony J. Trzaska (Melissa), Joseph A. Fortuna (Jennifer), Katherine Leuck (Joshua), Kristen Fortuna (Dan), David DeMattia (Bri) and Rebecca Johnson (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Jane, James Wootton, Annie, Allan, Jack, Louis Trzaska, Vivian, Daniel, Joseph P. Fortuna, Noah, Logan Leuck and Olivia Johnson.
