He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Hinegardner II and Roberta L. Hall (Brewer); his children, William IV and Samantha; and his siblings, Sherri Viccarone (Michael), April Thorpe (Tom), Chris Hinegardner (Michelle), Caroline Melendez (Juan) and James Hall (Courtney).
