He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Mitchell; his wife Joyce Mitchell; and his brother Brian Perry. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Perry (Earl); his children, Cindy M. James (Richard Ritter), Jeffrey S. Mitchell (Kristen) and Timothy A. Mitchell; his grandchildren, Ethan Mitchell (Leslie Garcia), Jackson Jeffrey Mitchell and Ava Grace Mitchell; and his siblings, Mark Perry (Carolyn), Rosie Ivey, Earl Perry (Misty) and Michael Perry (Suzy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, the Cable family and many friends.
The family wished that memorials be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of the funeral expenses.
