She is survived by: her sister Janet Osgood; her daughter Trina Jacob; her son-in-law Bill Jacob; her grandchildren, Ben Jacob (Deena), Dominic Jacob, Jillian Weber (Mike) and Luke Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Shannon, Ana, Jenna, Dominic, Coltyn, Brooks and Iris. She is also survived by sister, Mother, grandmother.
