Rice and Rachel Rice; her grandchildren, Roger Allen II, Nelda Hisel, Chris Marshall II, Dustin Rice, Briana Roberts and Mark Stephenson; her great grandchildren, William Hisel, Summer Hisel and Christopher Marshall III; her siblings, Jerry Hubbard and Christine Grimes; and her husband James Rice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
