He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Green; his children, Jill Birminghem, Tim Green, Pam Cook, Lisa Underwood and Larry Ashcraft; and his grandchildren, Austin, Katlyan, Steven, Brandy, Kayla, Erik and Larry. He is also survived by 4 sisters.
