He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Howard Kersey and Virginia Kersey (Curl). He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his daughters, Gena Kersey (Timothy Orr) and Nina Kersey (Benjamin Brown); his stepson Charles Older (Stacie); and his pet Callie.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions be made in Gary's name to the Murphy Theatre to continue to preserve its historic legacy.
