She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Collins and Roxie Collins (Spurlock); her husband Billy Leedy; her daughters, Evelyn Webb (Robert) and Linda Sue Leedy; and her siblings, Cora Lee Collins, Gladys Mobley, Julie Kleinow, Martha Stewart and Floyd Collins.

She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Rhodes (John) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Tanya Kennedy (Greg) of Painesville, Ohio, Jaime Handy of Berlin, Ohio and Aaron Rhodes (Sarah) of Falls Church, Virginia; and her siblings, Eugene Collins of Clyde, Daniel Collins of Clyde, Freda Phipps of Clyde and Homer Collins of Three Rivers, Michigan.. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Calvary Baptist Church in Clyde or to The Willows at Bellevue Activity Fund.
