He is survived by: his daughter Carise Zelenka (Robert) of Parma, OH; his grandchildren, Solana Guamani and Jason Powers, Jr.; his brother Ted Chenault (Connie); his nephews, Jason and TJ Chenault; and his friend Josh Conrad (Fawne) of Tiffin, OH. H.
