He is survived by: his wife Sally (Huwer); his children, Dan (Jenni Schmackers), Beth (Carl Kindel), Isaiah (Courtney Schmackers), Seth Schmackers of Celina, Rebekah (Jamison Vogel) and Anna Schmackers of Celina; his grandchildren, Liam, Olivia, Reyelle, Halyn Schmackers, Elijah, Jacob, Catherine Kindel and Millie Schmackers; his siblings, Joan (Jim DeArmond), Sandy (Randy Kaiser), Deb (Shawn Morris) and Tom Schmackers of Philothea; and his parents-in-law, Alexa Schmackers of Philothea, Bob, Deb Huwer of Coldwater, Jim, Charlene Huwer, Joan, Leonard Foisy, Bill Huwer, Jean Goettemoeller, June, Andrew Pfannschmidt, Susan Major, Mary, Mike Mulholland, Ann and Bill Verhage of Canada.
