He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Caldwell and Lynne Caldwell. He is survived by: his sister Athena Caldwell Mathis; his brother-in-law Grant Mathis; his sibling's children, Greyson Mathis, Avah and Ariannah Mathis; and his grandfather William Caldwell.
