He was predeceased by: his father Adolphus Neal Dean; his grandparents, Adolphus F. Dean, Ruth Louise Richardson, Laureen Dean, Willard and Irene Foucht; and his brother Alphonso Raye Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Noel Dean and Olivia Noelle Dean; his mother Juill Petrie; his stepfather Ray Petrie; and his siblings, Michele Dean (Ron), Andrew Scott Heater (Amy), Adam Davis, Ptolemy Petrie, Ernest Mitchell (Monica), Leandra Lo (Tony), DeAnn Dean and Many. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
