He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Rick" and Frances "Fran" Schmitz (Klaas); his siblings, Amanda, Eric Siefring of Bellefontaine, OH, Andrea and Zachary Newbauer of Union City, OH; his siblings' children, Brent Luttmer, Libby Siefring, Molly Siefring, Gentry Newbauer, Shelby Siefring and Camden Newbauer; and his grandmothers, Hilda Schmitz of Union City, OH and Jennie Klaas of Collinsville, IL..
