He is survived by: his children, Philip Jackson (Heather) and Malinda Johnson-McCarey; his grandchildren, Philisha Jackson (Philip Jackson Jr.), Da'Keisha, Dominic (Alexis Jackson), Ja'Lila Tinsley and Terrance II (Brittney McCarey); his great grandchildren, Tyy, Sair Ferguson, Cayden, Amari, I'Leana Jackson, Isaiah George and My'Liyah Hughley; and his siblings, Irene Boyd, Calvin West (Judith), James West, Donna West and Marlin West (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
