Downey; her great grandchildren, Troy D. Fowler Jr. of Columbus, OH, Gwendolyn Sabrina Ann Armstrong of Columbus, OH and Vera Noel Waddy-Hess of Columbus, OH; her cousins, Albert T. Butler (Jean), Josie B. Crowder, Anna Clark (Willie), Katie Hill and Betty Burgess of Georgia; her niece Lula Fowler (Willie) of Georgia; and her close friend Elestine Lawson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
