She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Riggs; her parents, Stella Fischels and Andrew Fischels; her siblings, Rosie Witt, Bernice VanNice, Bob Fischels, James Fischels, Adorine Vollinger and Ray Fischels; and her daughters, Debbie Riggs, Lisa Shepherd (Bill) and Lori Bisciotti (Rob).
She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Kirby, Jean Whalen, Larry Fischels and Peggy Parks; her sons, Patrick (Dee) and Michael (Sue); her grandchildren, Tim Riggs (Anna), Tracy Shroyer (Tony), Teri Parsell (Shawn), Jessica Newbury (Scott), Tyler (Kate), Andrew Shepherd, Lindsay, Taylor Riggs, John Riggs (Brittany), Ashley and Annika Bisciotti; and her great grandchildren, Idona Riggs, Jameson Goldammer, Alanna, Connor and Hailey Riggs.
The family would request any donations be made to OhioHealth Hospice or St. Brendan Parish Building Fund in her name.
