He is survived by: his children, Michael, Mary, Richard (Sara) and Dr. Anthony Mayo (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kristen, Dr. Arthur (Morgan), Sally, Ryan, Tyler (Sara), Spencer, Conner, Madison, Elizabeth, Madeline, Jillian (Ryan) and Paul (Sharon); his great grandchildren, Miles, Olivia and Mia; and his siblings, Rose, Cris, Toy, Butch and Bill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
