He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlin Tuttle and Lula Tuttle (Keene); and his siblings, Omar, Estel, Michael, Arthur and Palistine Sand.
He is survived by: his son Chad Kennedy of Mansfield; his grandchild Chade Kennedy; and his siblings, Dewey Tuttle (Charlotte) of Sandusky, Corwin Tuttle (Lora) of Galion, Beatrice Williams (David) of South Carolina and Alice Tuttle of North Carolina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
