He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Rubin and Zelda Rubin; and his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his children, Karl Rubin (Sharon Simon), Nancy Bailey (Bruce) and Judson Rubin (Linda); his grandchildren, Jacob Rubin, Alison, Shannon Rubin, Joshua Bailey, Benjamin Bailey, Leah Bailey and Rachel Slayton (Marshal); and his great grandchildren, Zoe and Rose Slayton.
