She is survived by: her children, Dale Baker (Debbie), Philip Baker (Cindy) and Janet Mizera (John); her grandsons, Paul Proffitt (Viktorya), Joey, Tyler, Steven and Scott; and her great grandchildren, Vivienne and Alexandra. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
