She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman Woodland, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Sherman Woodland, Jr. (Hazel); her grandchildren, Tashombe M. Woodland (Tsibasa) and Danielle Wallace (David); and her great grandchildren, Terence "TJ" McCants, Mandisa Woodland, Jala Woodland, Andrew Wallace, Autumn Wallace Teshi Woodland and Daja Wallace.
