She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powell and Annie Anderson Powell Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Watts; her sisters, Sarah Jones, Gloria Reed and Nancy Jackson; her daughter Petria Powell; her grandchildren, Chrystina Dooley and Jaurice Blakely; her children, Gwendlyen Newson, Glendell Powell, Tyrone Powell (Blossom), Cheryl Womack, Jerry Powell, Phillip Powell (Daphne) and Albert Powell (Darnice); and her siblings, Corla Rankin (Gregory), Leola Page, Earnestine Richmond (Paul), Lorenzo Powell (Dorothy), Jerry Jackson and Johnnie Jackson (Julia). She is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 85 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
