She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Spires; and her brother Timothy Lee Kintz. She is survived by: her parents, Richard J. Jr and Betty Kintz Jr. (Mansburger); her sons, Roger Spires (Stephanie) and Jim Spires (Delina); her siblings, Richard Kintz of Thomas Kintz, Cathy Thomas and Linda Thompson; and her close friend Shirley Partlow. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
