We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2021, Bethany Anne Chaffin (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Frank Monaco (Mary) and James Woltz (Lorna). She is survived by: her children, Maria Woltz and Gary Chaffin-Woltz; her parents, Mary Lynn and James D. Woltz (Marylin); and her brother Joseph D. Woltz (Maria). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases Foundation (AASLD.org).
