She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Victor and Otice Eurlene Glick Larkin; her former husband Wilbur Steinkamp; her husband Paul E. Penisten; and her sons, Gregory, Brian and Larry Penisten.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Penisten of Littleton and Douglas Penisten (Alphie) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or First Christian Church.
