She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Boesman and Nettie Boesman; her siblings, Mildred Stuckey, Anna Elizabeth Boesman, Billie Mae Pratt, Louis Evans, Raymond Boesman, Daniel Boesman and Thomas Boesman; her grandson Patrick Swonger; and her stepson Charles Franklin.
She is survived by: her former husband John Edwin Skain, Sr.; her husband Charles Schumacher; her children, John Skain (Pat) of Bermuda Dunes, CA and Pat Yontz (Bobby); her stepdaughters, Tonda Meadows (Denny) and Tina Swonger; and her grandchildren, Michael Cormier (Ellen), Gina Wyatt (Kris), Terri Cascia (Karen), Bryan Skain, Whitney Bobo (Cory), Scott Swonger (Marty), Rick Swonger and Chip Swonger. She is also survived by many great grandchildren as well as four great great granddaughters and three great great grandsons.
