She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Blackburn; her siblings, Carl Teal and Mary Rudisill; and her children, Gordon Maccabee, Mary Lou Maccabee and Loretta Nickell.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Maccabee (Lee) of Columbus, Robert Maccabee of Columbus, Sharon Eastham of Etna, Lloyd Blackburn Sr. (Aireen) of Arizona, Raymond Blackburn of Whitehall, William Blackburn of Columbus, Bonnie Elkins of Grove City, Joseph Stacey of Florida and Ferne Cochran (Jim) of Gallapolis, Ohio. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and a host of other dear friends.
